🛒 How Do I Place an Order?

Ordering is easy! Simply choose your desired mat type, upload your pet photo (if applicable), select customization options, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

🖼️ What Type of Photo Should I Upload?

For the best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting. Your pet should be fully visible, and close-up headshots work best for our custom mats.

🚚 Where Is My Order?

Once your order is processed and shipped (typically within 1–3 business days), you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the shipping progress. If you didn’t receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

📦 What Is Your Return Policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there's an issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted to protect your information.
